Juhana is the Director and Chief Economist at the Federation of Finnish Enterprises. He has versatile experience in national organizations and financial istitutions. He is a Board Member with a demonstrated history of contributing in large and small companies as well as NGO's. He is also a former banker and investment professional. 

Juhana is known for his economic views and ability to present complex economic topics in an understandable manner.

Dr Penttilä is CEO of Nordic West Office, global affairs consultancy and a think tank. He is also Secretary General of the European Business Leaders’ Convention. He writes occasionally for the Financial Times and is the author of six books. He is educated at Yale University and University of Oxford. His previous positions include CEO of Finland Chamber of Commerce, Director of Finnish Business and Policy Forum EVA, Senior Vice President at Oxford Analytica in the UK, and Director at the World Economic Forum in Geneva. 

Rita is a visionary Telecom executive with over 15 years of global experience, leading growth and innovation at Ericsson. She manages their business with Telenor across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, overseeing sales, delivery, and strategic initiatives.

With a PhD in Financial Engineering and two master’s degrees, she is also a member of Rise Tide Europe, championing entrepreneurship and innovation.

David is the President and CEO of Greenfood Group and Picadeli, with over a decade of leadership experience in the company. He has held CEO and executive roles in successful international retail companies, driving 12,000 shop-in-shop solutions across 12 European markets and managing hundreds of stores.

David’s expertise spans IT, software development, and production. He conducted PhD research at Stanford, Columbia Business School, and Stockholm School of Economics.

Esko is a former Prime Minister of Finland (1991-1995) and Member of Parliament (1983-2003). He also served as Chair of the Centre Party (1990-2002). After politics, Aho held leadership roles such as President of the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra, EVP at Nokia Corporation, and Chairman of Cinia Oy. He is currently the CEO of Verbatum. In academia, Aho has been a Fellow at Harvard University, Executive in Residence at Aalto University, and visiting professor at Sciences Po. He is also an accomplished author. 

Mikko is the Chief Executive Officer of Sodexo. Mikko brings extensive experience from various leadership roles within Sodexo, both domestically and internationally. Prior to his current position, he oversaw business development and support services in the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on service innovation, quality, safety, environmental matters, procurement, and information management. He is a generalist leader  with a strong focus on service design and lifecycle, operational excellence and continuous improvement. 

Antti is the Chief Executive Officer of Auroora Yhtiöt Oyj, a Finnish serial acquirer specializing in the acquisition and development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). He has been involved in over 50 acquisitions. In addition to his role as CEO, Rauhala has served as Chairman of the Board and board member for numerous SMEs, guiding them through periods of transformation and expansion. He is a leader with a passion for value creation and strategic growth in both Finnish and international businesses.

Hanna Kivelä is the Managing Director of Fujitsu Finland and a member of Fujitsu's European leadership team. Before that, she held various management positions at Google, both in Ireland and Finland. Over the years, Hanna has worked in board and advisory roles and as a private investor in numerous companies. She promotes the digital transformation of Finnish society e.g. as a member of the advisory board of the ICT branch of Teknologiateollisuus. In 2023, she was awarded with the first ever Finnish Power Woman in Tech award by Microsoft.
